Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Acqua Pebble
The award winning design has been heralded as the Pasig River’s catalyst for urban regeneration. The 6 towers and their integrated sky courts frame an extensive landscaped area that seeks to reinterpret a tropical jungle paradise which is furthermore punctuated by ‘The Pebble’ – a recreational club house that forms a notable landmark on the waterfront.
