Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

In the heart of Ginza, a premium office building brings together 2 divisions of global travel tech company, Amadeus. A central collaboration space encourages further casual interactions, and extends to the corner cafe that offers panoramic skyline views. The interior colour and furniture palette take inspiration from Japan’s mountain scape with bright accents from the Gingko tree.
