Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

CaSoBé Resort
‘CaSoBé’ is an acronym for Calatagan South Beach, a nautical beachfront development. The “C” icon’s typeface is inspired by the curvilinear façades and the undulating waves of the sea, which was then developed into a series of repeated patterns that can be seen on different brand applications. The overall colour palette is a harmony of calming blue hues with crisp white and soft greys, accented by vibrant turquoise and rich charcoal to create a sophisticated, nautical and ocean inspired identity that would reposition Calatagan Beach as a sought-after weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.
