Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Golf Ridge
Golf Ridge is a private estate set within 3.3-hectares that has unprecedented views of a lush landscape and a world-class golf course. The Golf Ridge corporate identity has been built upon a narrative that considers ‘framing’ the ‘picture perfect’ borrowed view of a Golf course, with the intent of drawing the audience to appreciate the contours of a sculpted natural environment. Bronze, a metal that exudes a beautiful lustre, is used as the primary text colour to embody elegance of both the development and the richness of the borrowed landscape.
