This re-branding project for an up-scale developer is built on the narrative of pioneering home ownership in the landscapes of Philippines. The brand reflected on the natural landscape of the context as the main inspiration. The sub-brands Peaks, Parks and Shores represents the 3 key elements of the developer’s area of focus. Main colour tones complement the hues of ash grey, green, and blue tones, taking cues from the landscape’s peaks, parks, and shores.
