Optimma is a pioneering zero carbon residential development for the affordable housing market in Philippines. The icon draws inspiration from the letter “O” as well as the contour of the 80sqm house, symbolizing its sustainable concept of cross ventilation, natural light, water efficiency and the use of renewable energies. The simplicity seeks to convey a trusted and modern brand identity, which is then depicted through a sleek blue-gray and silver metallic hue upon a series of teal and mint tones. These are expanded to reflect the four sub-brands of Haus, Estudio, Terraza and Moda that represent variations of the pioneering eco home.
