Terrazas is a bio- climatic residential tower that will be the tallest building in Puento  Fuego, Philippines. Drawing inspiration from the terracotta roof tops of the neighbouring traditional developments, the landmark tall building's stepped terracotta terraces serve as lush recreational skycourts for residents to enjoy the views over the South China Sea. Seamless connection between the development and the coastal shores is made possible via a spiralling pedestrian ramp that entwines an existing banyon tree and provides linkage between lobby, recreational spaces, and the beachfront.
