Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Secretariat Yangon
The Secretariat Yangon is a 120-year old heritage building that was formerly the administrative seat of the British colonial government. This iconic building will be adaptively reused to house a new museum, galleries, offices and retail spaces. The refreshed brand showcases the saffron colour of the existing building’s exterior. The identity that is created by both classic serif font and modern sans serif font, epitomizes the brand’s vision: preserving Yangon’s cultural past, whilst cultivating Myanmar’s creative future.
