Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Bateau Blanc Resort
Bateau Blanc, or ‘White Boat’, alludes to Johor’s trading port history, and reinterprets a vessel arriving on its shores, causing ripples in the landscape. Comprising hotel, serviced apartments and villas, the bio-climatic design also optimises natural light and ventilation, whilst its sloping boat-like form provides a multiple penthouses of landscaped skypools and skygardens.
