Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Carbon Zero
Idea House is the first zero carbon house in South East Asia and the recipient of multiple architectural awards. The modular design reinterprets the Malay Kampung tradition in terms of construction, space planning and the optimization of natural light and ventilation whilst embracing the latest environmental technologies as research prototypes. A book titled, 'Idea House: Future Living Today' documented the project from inception to completion was authored by Prof Jason Pomeroy.
