The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

An acronym for Calatagan South Beach, the CaSoBé seeks to redefine the concept of beach-front living and hospitality in the Philippines by embracing a passive design approach that borrows lessons from the shipping industry. Cantilevered decks that provide shade and shelter to the dwelling / suite further reinforce the overall nautical theme.
