Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

A 2000 hectare integrated eco-tourism destination masterplan featuring green industries on Combol Island located in the Riau Archipelago. The masterplan celebrates the beautiful expanse of water surrounding the islands by creating a rich variety of overwater guest accommodation and facilities off the shoreline to create a unique overwater experience.
