The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

DUBAI WELLNESS HEIGHTS
The condominium development seeks to reinterpret the desert oasis, with themed social amenities providing interactive, active and contemplative spaces. The façade articulation draws inspiration from the undulations of the sand dunes, resulting in curvilinear fins and balconies with curated views onto the oases and the neighbouring green spaces beyond.
