Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Jababeka Silicon Valley
The waterfront mixed-use development provides distinct identities to the University, Hotel and Serviced Apartment. The concept considered a human scale approach, porosity for natural ventilation, and lake views for all residential units. A multi-level podium and central gathering plaza create a vibrant promenade along the waterfront.
