Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Jahabah
Jahabah is a mixed-use (hotel, residential, retail, and community centre) development in the UNESCO heritage city of Penang. The landmark Islamic development is located in an existing Malay community with its own mosque. The development reinterprets the ‘Charharbargh’, or 4 fold Islamic garden, through the building façade’s fractal geometries, its courtyards and vertical garden spaces.
