Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Lexis Hibiscus
The reclamation project draws inspiration from the Hibiscus flower and has contributed to the regeneration of Port Dickson. The organic form follows the shore frontage, thus capturing the full potential of sea views. The active frontage overlooks the waterfront and the pre-fabricated (and modular) low-energy villas that define the Hibiscus form.
