Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

20 'Passive Eco Pods' form an ultra exclusive resort in Malaysia, each offering luxurious facilities including a private plunge pool, outdoor shower and jacuzzi, terraces with views over lush landscapes and the sea beyond. Inspired by the Venetian Vaporetto, and contemporary yacht design, each Eco Pod is a rich, warm, inspiring villa, cocooned in an environmental wrap which protects from solar gain.
