The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Inspired by the Byzantine architectural traditions of Cyprus, Paphos Passive House is a 6-unit luxury villa, with a feature infinity pool built on a cliff edge, that offers stunning views of the ocean . Soaring arches and the novel use of locally-sourced stone seamlessly integrates mediterranean heritage into a modern reinterpretation of a luxury stone house.
