The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Mel Harven
Mel.Harven is an international cruise ship terminal with exclusive high-end residential and retail development, in the heritage city of Melaka. The terminal, with reinterpreted Dutch graphic motifs percolating through the building’s rooftop, caters to 6000 passengers at a time while inward facing restaurants and retail towards the marina create a vibrant promenade and podium roof experience.
