Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Nexus
Nexus’ is a mixed sustainable development located in central Jakarta and adjacent to an existing transport interchange. Its transit -oriented nature helps inform a complex brief which includes Grade A and WOHO type office, speciality retail and a sports hub. The design of the façade has been simulated and carefully designed to reduce solar insolation, provide shade, optimise views and enhance natural light.
