Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

One Mackenzie Park
One Mackenzie Park draws its inspiration from the cultural reinterpretation of Borabodur and its myriad of chequerboard stupas that sit within the natural landscape. The grid pattern is further manifested in the façade and green terraces that offers a visual reference to the UNESCO heritage site whilst providing environmental protection to the buildings.
