Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Plateaus Residences
Plateaus Residences is a high end condominium situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The design seeks inspiration from rice paddy fields that is represented in the strata lines of the individual floor plates. These ledges not only provide shade and shelter but also extends to create individual sculpted pools and private leisure areas for the residential units.
