Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Skycourt & Skygarden
Seeking inspiration from the Gramercy Park in Manhattan, the 3,500sqm skypark is the tallest in the Philippines, and acts as a recreational social space in the sky for the building’s residents. It contains a host of facilities, set within an abundance of vertical urban greenery to create a ‘hanging garden’ in the sky that also includes the tallest green wall in the country.
