The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Spinnaker is a condominium development in the Philippines that draws its inspiration from the large, three-cornered sail of a racing yacht when running before the wind. Such a profile is reflected in the architectural details of the façade that similarly bear the environmental functions of providing shade whilst channeling air flow.
