Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Terra Residences is part of a mixed-use development comprising of four residential towers and an integrated retail lifestyle mall. The site’s original two terracotta roofed bungalows and recreational pond dating back to 1924 was the source of inspiration behind the terracotta-clad towers that embrace a central plaza of water that evokes the sense of the past.
