Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Azure North
While Azure Residences in Manila is inspired by Miami's white clean-swept aesthetic, Azure North Residences draws its inspiration from the natural rock formations of Palawan that balance sand, sea and lush jungle. The mixed-use development embraces these elements and reinterprets the fractal rock formations in the residential buildings, the hotel, and the office that surround a central feature man-made lagoon.
