Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

De Terrassen
De Terrassen is a mixed-use, terraced development featuring high-end serviced apartments and office spaces surrounding a central green courtyard. The architectural and landscape design take cues from surrounding vernacular and cultural influences, seen in the Mashrabiya screens and formal garden, while at the same time providing inhabitants with modernised and ecologically conscious spaces.
