Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Helix is an industrial warehouse campus that targets international logistics companies. The development blocks are comprised of two typologies: a customisable fit-for purpose block, and a standard warehouse block with a commercial frontage for corporate identity. Each building block incorporates internal green open spaces, allowing users to seamlessly connect with the natural environment.
