Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

The proposed flagship corporate office is an environmentally responsible building that consists of a front office as well as naturally ventilated warehouse and exhibition area. The building features an elevated courtyard as a break out area for staff, and a series of skycourts strategically located to optimise daylight penetration.
