Alice at Mediapolis
Alice @ Mediapolis is a 12 storey mixed use office building that comprises of food and beverage / collaborative / media oriented spaces for the level 1 and 2; and typical office environments for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.

Modular Construction
Designed entirely on a 3 meter modular grid, this 31 storey, Prototype Residence can be constructed at a quick pace for a low cost. The cladding is easily customisable, and each inhabitant can select the type of fenestration that best fits their lifestyle. The result is a completely randomised façade, elevating the design above traditional monotonous modular construction.
